How can testing help an athlete perform better?

 

No one goes into a business or a game without a plan? No M.D. goes into an operation or even a common exam without having some analytical instrument to gauge what they need to know in order to improve your condition.   SO WHY SHOULD YOU!

 

At Principle-Centered Health, we measure all the factors that go into performance be it strength, speed, or power sports; agility, mobility, flexibility sports, or endurance sports.  Some sports require all those factors and all of them can be measured.

 

Youth Athletes: Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Softball, T&F

 

ü      How fast can you run a 30yd or 40 yd dash? Speed

ü      How high or long can you jump?  Power
